Anlit obtains Therapeutic Goods Administration GMP certification

Anlit announced that it has received GMP (good manufacturing practices) certification by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the governmental authority charged with regulating therapeutic goods for the protection of public health and safety. The certification was granted to Anlit's Kidi Bites, a supplement format designed specifically for children.

Anlit is a subsidiary of Ma'abarot Product Group, Israel that manufactures a broad range of dietary supplements developed specifically for children. Anlit products are all-natural, gluten-free and nut-free. All products are GMP, ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP compliant, as well as kosher and halal certified. The company continues to strengthen its competitive lead through cutting-edge advancements and the creation of high-quality products.

According to Anlit’s spokesperson, Anlit approached this certification as a strategic move, designed to bring the products to the global forefront of quality and excellence. Anlit had to follow a fast learning curve, forging beyond the former food supplement paradigms and adopting new pharma concepts and processes. Achieving TGA approval was a part of Anlit's strategy for following the highest and most stringent quality standards, setting up the way to partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies that are seeking diversification of their product portfolio with unique food supplements. Due to this certification, Sanofi Aventis, Australia has launched two of Anlit’s innovative Kidi Bites supplements for children - Multivitamin and Calcium - in Australia.
