Repligen expands its US manufacturing facility

Repligen, which is a US based life sciences firm in the US, has announced the completion of its manufacturing facility in the US. The manufacturing facility at Waltham headquarters in the US has been subjected to an expansion of 9000sft, so as to meet the growing demands of its bioprocessing products. It also aims at ensuring that the quality, capacity and the support needs of its customers are being met.
The company hopes to able to meet the critical needs of their customers for timely and quality delivery after the expansion. The firm also stated that the new cleanroom suite will enable them to produce high quality OPUS columns while maintaining the quality standards that the pharmaceutical manufacturers demand. The company’s capacity for these columns will almost be doubled with the help of the cleanrooms that are built with ISO 7 specifications.

Thus the company is proud about the expansion and is hopeful about the increased production capacity in a controlled environment that will help to meet the specified standards of good manufacturing practices (GMP).
