The food facility registration of Topway Enterprises is suspended by the USFDA. The presence of Listeria inside Topway facility is the reason for registration suspension. The company was involved in selling or distribution of food.
The USFDA concerns include uncleaned utensils involved in seafood processing, poor employee sanitation, black water pools on fish cooler floors, fish particles on production room walls to name a few.
A safety alert was delivered to the organization by the USFDA on 18 July. But, no corrective action is applied by the organization so far which leads to suspension of registration. There is no illness reported yet due to Topway products.
